A vegetarian and vegan staple in Buffalo, Root & Bloom opened its doors intending to create “a love affair with good food that’s good for you.” Spoiler alert, they did it!
This entirely plant-based brunch and dinner hangout spot strives to create healthy meals that are equally satisfying and inspired. Add this to a great atmosphere and incredible decor and this Elmwood Avenue eatery is appealing to anyone; vegan, vegetarian, or not.
